What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you type into the form — name, email, WhatsApp number if you add it, country, buyer type, estimated annual volume, the styles on your list, your message and any file you attach. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.

How the form is delivered

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. The submission passes through their servers for delivery; we do not store it anywhere else than our mailbox and our order records.

Your list on this site

The styles you add to your list are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. Nothing is sent to us until you submit a form or open a WhatsApp or email draft.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which contact routes are used. It sets cookies and records anonymised usage data. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

How we use your details

Only to prepare and follow up your quote and, if you order, to process the order. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell or share your details with anyone except the services needed to deliver the form and ship your order.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as the conversation is open and for our order records afterwards. Email us to have your details deleted.
