Quotes

Prices, minimums, packaging and shipping are given in a written quote in US dollars for the exact list you send. A quote is not an offer to sell until we confirm your order; quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and the agreed payment terms are met. Payment methods and terms are stated in the quote.

Samples and custom designs

For custom designs we provide a design draft and a free sample before production. Once you approve a sample, production follows the approved sample; changes after approval may affect price and timing.

Product images

Catalogue photos show the actual designs: they are edited from photos of the real sets, with only the background and lighting changed. Colours can look slightly different on screen, and a design may be updated between seasons. Confirm the exact style code and design when you order.

The styled lifestyle images (the models in the “Styled looks” section and on style pages) are digitally created from photos of our sets to show how a style wears. They are not customer photos or reviews.

Designs and intellectual property

Our catalogue designs are our own work. We do not reproduce licensed characters, brand logos or other companies' designs, and we ask buyers not to request them. Artwork you supply for custom orders must be yours to use.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping method, cost and estimated time are stated in the quote. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
